~ JM's China Cabinet ~
This client wanted a china cabinet to continue getting their house settled and ready for a new little one! I repaired the damage on the upper arch, painted it a neutral gray outside and warm cream inside the cabinet and all the drawers, and completed the transformation with sleek "Heirloom Silver" bar pulls and knobs. Adding a modern touch to this vintage piece was a must!

~ AM's Rocking Chair ~
AM's husband was coming back from a deployment and she wanted to have a place they could sit and relax together!
These rockers had been roughed up by the weather and had cracks and lifted areas on
the wood. We decided on satin black and after sanding them down and repairing the cracks, I painted them and coated them with a clear, outdoor poly. (And can I just say - I want a pair of these rockers!)
~ LM's Antique Sideboard ~
For this beauty my client wanted the stain to match her existing china cabinet.
I stripped the sideboard down to it's original veneer ~ already beautiful but needing a few repairs ~ then restained her to a rich
coffee brown. I sealed it with clear, high-traffic poly on top, then waxed all over and buffed to a high shine!

~ BF's Hall Bar ~
Oh my! I LOVE a unique vintage piece!
This Fine Lady was in rough shape, but BF already knew what she wanted - a happy dark blue on the outside with a robin's egg blue on all the inside cabinets and shelves.
She chose mermaid and shell pulls in gold and they perfectly set off the distressed detaling on the carved areas!
After several coats of clear and dark wax she was ready to go home!

~ MM's Desk ~
A Mama Friend of mine wanted a desk for her tween girl's room makeover, but needed it to fit a certain small space ~ enter this perfectly sized, one-drawer solution!
I sanded out the well-used scratches from the top, painted it white with a wax-coat finish, then we picked a turquoise knob to add personality and the little bit of sparkle every girls loves!

~ TH's Dining Room ~
An entire dining room!
TH and her husband bought this set on their 3rd anniversary and though it was outdated (as their grown son pointed out!) they didn't want to sell these pieces that had become such a part of their lives!
When TH saw my post about JM's gray and cream china cabinet, she was sold ~ update instead of buying new!
We went to work deciding to add gray on the outsides of the table, china cabinet and chairs, cream inside all the cabinets, and a twist, with dark java stain on the table top, leaves and sideboard serving top. She sent me a picture of everything in it's new home! (I love her wall color choice too!)

~ SB's Record Player Console ~
This family heirloom was a useful record player console but you couldn't see all the great character bcause it was so dark!
We decided to highlight the carved details , along with all the lines and corners with robin' egg blue and a bit of green, then several shades of gray paint were distressed and dark waxed to acheive a beautiful depth!

~ SB's Dining Table~
When SB found this table, it reminded her of the table she grew up with!
This one needed some veneer repairs, had smoky spots in the varnish, and the additional table leaf had been stored, unused, so it
didn't match the natural fading on the table top.
I stripped this baby down, used a custom-mixed stain and high-traffic poly, then finished with a wax coat, buffed to a high shine!

~ DP's Coffee Table ~
After looking for a new coffee table, DP couldn't find anything that functioned as well as the one she already had! I stripped it to the bare wood and added several coats of dark java stain (but left the grain showing thru). I finished with a high-traffic poly and a coat of wax for a pretty sheen. My reward: her
husband saying how much he liked it!
